Join Us
January 18, 2006 Dear Friends and Fellow Members: The past year has allowed us to continue expanding our horizons and set our sights for what lies ahead in the 21st century. Our Board is pleased to have added several Directors whose fresh ideas and additional business experiences are an invaluable asset to our organization. Combined with the wisdom and knowledge of our current members, our successes will carry on. During 2005 and into 2006, we are continuing to be actively involved in the planning and fundraising stages for our new building - a second senior housing facility. For over 25 years, we have been helping our community grow through the various charitable, cultural, educational, and civic activities sponsored and funded by the AABA. We will continue to assist our community, and through these endeavors, help unite us all for the common goal of strengthening and promoting our Arabic heritage. Our programs/activities summary is enclosed for your review. Membership is open to those ages 18 and over, of Arabic decent, and their spouses; so tell your children, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews to become a leader and help their community. If they want to know how, write to me at the AABA, or to our membership chairperson, Gail Kurker. We are looking for today’s business men and women to join our organization and be the guides of our future, as we meet the challenges of constructing and managing our new 90-unit senior housing facility. We are strong and experienced, yet we need the hard-working people of our community to join us and help us grow. The AABA dues are only $10 yet the benefits are priceless, so renew your membership now and get a friend or relative to join with you. Enclosed is a membership application and a self-addressed envelope to return your dues. Please visit our website at www.aabausa.org. For comments, please e-mail us at aaba@aabausa.org
Sincerely,
Kenneth J. Raffol |
